Mesothelioma or Asbestos Question?

Asbestos suits filed against CSX Transportation

Three women have filed lawsuits against CSX transportation in West Virgnia. Two of the women had family members who worked for the company and they all later developed mesothelioma and later died. The last woman worked for the company and claims that she developed asbestosis from working there.

Each woman claims that the asbestos exposure and the diseases developed from it were wrongfully caused from working at CSX. The company CSX has been around for over 180 years. They specialize in railroad transportation and are in major populations of the 23 states east of the Mississippi River. Inhaling asbestos particles can cause mesothelioma, a rare form of cancer, and other asbestos-related diseases. The cancer can lie dormant for decades.
