Eighteen people in West Virgina are suing 147 different companies claiming that they are responsible for their asbestos-related health problems.

The eighteen plaintiffs are claiming that the defendants failed to warn them of the asbestos-laden products when they should have known the health issues associated with the material and that they should have probably warned the plaintiffs.

A few of the defendants include: 20th Century Glove Corporation of Texas, Bayer Corporation, General Electric Corporation, the Goodyear tire and rubber company, Metropolitan Life Insurance Company and many more.
