Mesothelioma or Asbestos Question?

Man names 46 defendants in asbestos lawsuit

An Orange County man and woman have named 46 companies as defendants in a suit that claims that the lung cancer that the man developed was wrongfully caused.

The lawsuit was filed in late May and claims that the disease that the man was diagnosed with in December was the fault of various companies that he worked for as a pipefitter including, Mobil, Texaco, Houston Chemical, and Fina.

The man is claiming that his diseased was caused by exposure to asbestos fibers and that he was never aware or informed of the health hazards associated with asbestos. The couple states that the defendants failed to give their employee an adequate warning and enforce a safety plan.
