Library closed in NJ due to asbestos contamination

The public library in Orange, New Jersey has been closed due to lead and asbestos material found inside the building. The library was supposed to open at the end of May, but it remains closed with no words from officials.

The asbestos in the building was found by an employee and confirmed after an investigation from officials. Asbestos exposure is the most common cause of mesothelioma, a rare and aggressive form of lung cancer.
