Kentucky man names 56 defendants in asbestos case

A man from Cattlesburg, Ky named 56 defendants in an asbestos lawsuit regarding his lung cancer. The complaint was filed in mid-May and stated the the man was diagnosed with lung cancer in October 2009.

The man was employed by General Motors from 1966 until 1968 and Ashland Oil from 1968 to 1993. The suit claims that the defendants were negligent, had contaminated buildings, breach of warranty, conspiracy, misrepresentation and intentional tort. The man wants a jury trial in order to resolve all of the issues.
