Mesothelioma or Asbestos Question?

Florida man names 53 companies in mesothelioma lawsuit

A man from Florida has named 53 companies in a lawsuit claiming that they are responsible for the mesothelioma he developed.

According to a complaint that was filed in May, the man claims that he was exposed to asbestos or parts that contained asbestos while working at Elk Refinery and Virginia Natural Gas between the years of 1953 and 1982.

The man alleges that the companies were negligent, had contaminated buildings, conspiracy, intentional tort, breach of implied and expressed warranty. A few of the companies in the suit include 3M Company, Cleaver-Brooks Company, Inc., General Electric Company and A.O. Smith Corporation.
